Return Policy COVID-19
As of April 10, 2020:
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, products can not be returned to solventcatch.com in an effort to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. In the event a customer is dissatisfied with a product, contact SolventCatch.com via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product and express your concerns. Upon receiving the customers complaint, solventcatch.com will issue a one time store credit to be used at www.solventcatch.com: NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. The value of the store credit will be the original purchase price minus any shipping or taxes. This policy is limited to 1 (one) use per customer with a maximum credit benefit of $900 (nine hundred 00/100). Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the customer will not ship the defective product back to solventcatch.com. The customer can discard (after claim has been approved by solventcatch.com) or keep the defective product for spare parts.
